Pickup is done by presenting your ID card and the order number sent to the email address you provided.
Pickups can also be made on Saturdays if you have been notified of the arrival of your order.

Product Exchange
You can proceed with product exchanges for purchases made through our website, www.owlclothes.com, either by mail using the courier company you received (Elta courier, Speedex, Box now), or in our store located at 72 Mitropoleos,Street , 54622 Thessaloniki.
You should keep the shipment number provided by the courier until the package you are returning is received by us. In case of loss or damage during the transportation of the product you have given for exchange, our company is not liable, and we will provide you with store credit instead of a refund.
The courier companies we collaborate with are Elta Courier, Speedex, and Box now. If for any reason a package is sent with a different courier and charged to our company, we reserve the right not to accept the package and return it to the original sender.
The exchange must be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the initial order. The exchange is free of charge from our company.*
*This applies to the first exchange. If a second exchange is made, the cost is 5€, and the charge will be collected upon receiving the new package.
The returned items must not have been used/worn or stained and must not have suffered any kind of damage. They should be in their original packaging along with the tag and accompanied by the purchase receipt or the exchange card. Return the product you wish to exchange, making sure it is placed in its original packaging and adequately protected before handing it over to the courier company. The returned product should be sufficiently protected during transportation to avoid any damage. The responsibility for the transport of the return until the product is received by our company lies with the sender.
The new products must be of equal or greater value than the ones being returned.

The returned product should include the exchange form, which will include the necessary information for the exchange (which product you want to exchange the returned product for, as well as the necessary details for the shipment of the new package). Fill out the exchange form found inside your package and send it along with the product/products you want to replace, in their original condition. It is important to include this form in the package for faster service.
Your exchange request will be processed by us within 48 hours of receiving the return package, provided that the desired product is immediately available.

Market Withdraw
Our company aims to ensure the satisfaction of all its customers.
If you wish to proceed with the withdrawal of an order (for unused products in their original condition), you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day of product delivery.
Refunds are issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned product by the company.
All returns are inspected, and within 7-10 days, the value of the products is refunded to the consumer in the same manner as the payment method selected. In the case of cash-on-delivery payment, the credit is made to the buyer's bank account. Possible shipping, cash-on-delivery, or banking expenses are not refunded.

How do i know if the product is available?
On our website, for all products, we indicate whether they are available immediately, out of stock, or available for pre-order.
Products that are available immediately are shipped the same day if you place your order by 15:30, otherwise it will be shipped on the next business day.
